Use an account to keep uploaded manuscripts, diagnostic runs, and report history scoped to your workspace.

MVP authentication
This first version uses email/password login with a signed session cookie. Password reset is enabled for local testing. Subscription enforcement and two-factor authentication are not active yet.

Password must be at least 8 characters. This MVP stores a salted password hash, not the plain password.
